HYPOTHESIS
Lucasfilm YA novels delve deep into the back stories of the heroines of the Star Wars universe.
PLAN OF ACTION
Each novel was illustrated by a different artist using photographic reference. I created the compositions and typography to complete jacketed hardcover novels.
Comic book fans have long enjoyed variant covers of their favorite issues and I want to bring that same variety to the novels I work on. Editors add Easter eggs for fans in the text, I do the same with the cases of these books.
